Professional fees for Home Inspections are based on the size of the residential unit.

$ 350

For Multiplex Buildings the fee charged for the 1st unit is based on square footage, plus between $ 100 - $ 200 for each additional unit, dependant upon complexity.

For Commercial Buildings the fees are based upon the type of Building, their complexity and clients requirement of detail – prices subject to quotation.

Partial Inspections and re-inspections are normally $ 300.

Out of State fees subject to negotiation.

These fee scales are current as of June 2008 and include travel costs, on and off site time and the instant comprehensive Home Inspection report.
